In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help ensure an important package delivery on time, and they made a little boys Christmas sweeter in the process. Thank you to the team there for your wonderful help. I always receive my shipments from Military Fasteners quickly without having to follow up and track down shipments. West Coast shipments arrive usually the next day via UPS ground, making it an effective choice. Thank you for excellent service.

Ive been buying aircraft parts and supplies from Military Fasteners for 3 years as Ive built four different homebuilt aircraft. I have ALWAYS been perfectly satisfied with all facets of the process. Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me.
